20% of the professors are psychologists
60% are biologists
remaining 20% are 12 economists.
Hence total = 60 (as 20% =12)

If 20 of the professors wear glasses it means 40 do not wear glasses. And 40 is equal to 2/3 of 60.

Answer: D
