There are total 3+4+2=9 teachers out of which 3 teach English.
\(P=\frac{C^2_3}{C^2_9}=\frac{1}{12}\)
Or: \(P=\frac{3}{9}*\frac{2}{8}=\frac{1}{12}\).
Answer: D.
