According to the problem,
q<p<r
Quantity A : p-q
Quantity B : p-r
Case 1: p,q,r>0
Quantity A >0
Quantity B <0
A is bigger than B.
Case 2: p,r>0 q<0
Quantity A >0
Quantity B <0
A is bigger than B.
Case 3: r>0 p,q<0
Quantity A >0 {still... example: p = -2, q = -5, p-q=3}
Quantity B <0
A is bigger than B.
Case 4: p,q,r<0
Quantity A >0 {still... example: p = -2, q = -5, p-q=3}
Quantity B <0 {still... example: p = -2, r = -1, p-r=-1}
A is bigger than B.
Option (A) is right.
q<p<r

Quantity B <0
A is bigger than B.
Case 2: p,r>0 q<0
Quantity A >0
Quantity B <0
A is bigger than B.
Case 3: r>0 p,q<0
Quantity A >0 {still... example: p = -2, q = -5, p-q=3}
Quantity B <0
A is bigger than B.
Case 4: p,q,r<0
Quantity A >0 {still... example: p = -2, q = -5, p-q=3}
