Compare, don't calculate! When a power is raised to another power, the exponents are multiplied. Thus: (4^2)^3 = 4^6 and (4^3)^2 = 4^6. You can subtract 4^6 from both sides so that the comparison boils down to:
A=-4^3
B=-4^2
B > A
