To simplify the expression, we can first rewrite the fractions with a common denominator, which in this case is 10^5. Then we can add the numerators together. Here's the calculation:
4/10^5 + 2/10^4 + 7/10^2
= 4/(10^5) + 2/(10^4) + 7/(10^2) (writing the fractions with a common denominator)
= 4/100000 + 2/10000 + 7/100 (simplifying the exponents)
= 0.00004 + 0.0002 + 0.07 (evaluating the fractions)
= 0.07024 (adding the numerators)
So, the simplified value of the expression is 0.07024.
