If the each centimeter on the blueprint is 0.8 millimeters in reality, this means that the real radius of 2cm is 25cm long on the blueprint. This comes from the proportion that 1:0.08=X:2, where X is the length of the radius on the blueprint and 0.08 is 0.8mm in centimeters (divide by 10). Then, X = 2/0.08 = 25cm. Then, the diameter is the radius multiply by 2, 50cm.
