My reasoning was that (x-1)^2 was always going to be positive no matter the x value so to make the equation less than 0 you have to get a positive value on top and a negative value on the bottom or vice versa. Therefore, x has to be greater than 3, but less than 6 to make this work. if x is 4 then it is negative because of the denominator and the same could be said about 5. You don't have to put in values for this question. Answer is B) 2
