Hi, I am not sure - where to find official guide and big book questions on this platform. Is there any special access required or I need to do a purchase here.

No sir. All the resources but our tests are FREE. here our tests if you want to purchase https://gre.myprepclub.com/tests/
However, we had all the official material ever released by ETS for the GRE general exam but since the last November they forbade us to use such material. Therefore, if you are not able to access to them is because we do not have anymore
The only thing you could do is to post the question you need an explanation, both quant and verbal, and I will explain it to you. Giving assistance
Again, we had the questions coast to coast from the big book to the explanations to the power prep FREE questions.
No longer anymore, unfortunately
