(A): 2000: 9% – 3% = 6%. Correct.
(B): 2001: 9.5% – 3.5% = 6%. Correct.
(C): 2002: 8.5% – 4.5% = 4%. Incorrect.
(D): 2003: 8.5% – 3% = 5.5%. Correct.
(E): 2004: 8.5% – 5.5% = 3%. Incorrect.
(F): 2005: 7% – 7% = 0%. Incorrect.
Note that precise calculation is not necessary for 2004 and 2005; eyeballing the difference in the graph should be sufficient for these years.
