Two successive increase of 𝑎% and 𝑏% is overall equal to the net percentage change of (𝑎 + 𝑏 +𝑎𝑏/100) % = 𝑐%
i.e. 𝑎 + 𝑏 +𝑎𝑏/100= 𝑐
Since a and b are positive, so 𝑎𝑏/100> 0.
As we are adding some positive value 𝑎𝑏/100 to a and b to get c, therefore 𝑎 + 𝑏 < 𝑐
Hence, Quantity B is more than Quantity A.

What if both increments were 0% and prices were same from the starting point? it would be D then?
