In this type of question, assume the values.
Take n = 2
Qt A = 2 & Qt B = \(\frac{1}{2}\)
Qt A > Qt B
if n=\(\frac{1}{2}\)
Qt A = \(\frac{1}{2}\) & Qt B = 2
Qt A < Qt B
Answer D
Take n = 2
Qt A = 2 & Qt B = \(\frac{1}{2}\)
Qt A > Qt B
if n=\(\frac{1}{2}\)
Qt A = \(\frac{1}{2}\) & Qt B = 2

Given:
Quantity A: \(n\)
Quantity B: \(\frac{1}{n}\)
Since we're told that \(n\) is POSITIVE, we can safely multiply both quantities by \(n\) to get:
Quantity A: \(n^2\)
Quantity B: \(1\)
At this point, we can see that, if \(n=1\), then the two quantities are equal
Conversely, if \(n=2\), then the two quantities are NOT equal
Answer: D
