4.kk6 when rounded to the nearest tenth is less than 4.6

as, we want to rounded to the nearest tenth thus we need value till hundredth place only , so take it 4.kk

less than 4.6 means it can be 4.5 ,4.4 or, 4.3 , like this.

for 4.5 : we need to take 4.kk as 4.54 , but as both digit are kk we cant take this case , now check for 4.4
for 4.4 : we can take 4.kk as 4.44 , when rounded to nearest tenth will get 4.4 (here A and b are equal)
for 4.3 : we can take 4.kk as 4.33 , when rounded to nearest tenth will get 4.3 (here A < b)
