The remainder is always smaller than x.
x is a positive integer.
For example,
1 divided by 11, the remainder is 1
2 divided by 11, the remainder is 2
3 divided by 11, the remainder is 3
....
10 divided by 11, the remainder is 10
11 divided by 11, the remainder is 0
12 divided by 11, the remainder is 1
#remainders are in the repeat of 0,1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10
Therefore, Quantity A < Quantity B (11)
x is a positive integer.
For example,
1 divided by 11, the remainder is 1
2 divided by 11, the remainder is 2
3 divided by 11, the remainder is 3
....
10 divided by 11, the remainder is 10
11 divided by 11, the remainder is 0
12 divided by 11, the remainder is 1

All possible remainders when a number is divided by 11 = Numbers 1-10
Hence if the highest possible remainder with a divisor of 11 is 10, 11 (B) will always be greater
