AO and OB are both the radius. In the figure, it looks like the triangle is a right angle. In this case, line AB would be the longest line since it's the hypotenuse. However, there is no indication that angle AOB is a right angle. If the angle is smaller, then either AO and OB could be longer than AB. Therefore, the answer is D. You cannot determine which line is longer.
