Why the Official GRE x GMAT score conversion mismatch vs actual?

Hi all!
I have a question as follows
ETS give us a GRE to GMAT score conversion tool that gives out, for example, Q163 V163 on the GRE equals to Q44 V39 Scaled 690 on the GMAT. So do other third party sources such as Target Test Prep
However, if we see the actual score on business school websites, I couldn't help but think that the conversion is somewhat wrong.
Pardon since I can't post screenshots yet, but these numbers are taken directly from their respective websites

Given that, shouldn't it be the case that Q163 V163 on the GRE equates to 730 on the GMAT and not 690?
I have a question as follows

The ETS conversion tool had a lot of criticisms
I found the following on EGMAT
GRE to GMAT Score Conversion 2023 (conversion chart included)
Also would be useful to think of a conversion score thinking in terms of percentile instead of absolute numbers
However you are correct GMAT 730 would \(\approx 330\)
