employees in health sector year 2011=12.5%of 80 million=10 million
employees in service sector year 2011= =20%of 80 million= 16 million
for 10 million employees of health sector there are 16 million service sector employees
for 5 employees of health sector there will be 5*16/10=8 service sector employees
n will be 8

This one is simple, it essentially gives us a ratio, for every 5 people in health, there are n in services
We can write this as 5:n, which we can write as 10:2n (multiply the ratio by 2)
Now we can calculate these values from the pie chart.
Health employment is 0.125*80 million = 10 million
Services employment is 0.2*80 million = 16 million
Now we can equate the two ratios, 10:2n = 10:16
Thus 2n = 16 and n = 8
We can write this as 5:n, which we can write as 10:2n (multiply the ratio by 2)
Now we can calculate these values from the pie chart.
