Notice that AB is a diameter of the circle. Therefore, the angle facing must be 90.
If 4pi<n<8pi, and the arc is a 90 degree segemeent then:
16pi<4n<32pi must be the circumference of the circle,
knowing that C=pi*d
16<4n<32
The diameter can be between 16 and 32, exclusive.
B and C are the only options.
