The question is tricky.
we could see it in two ways: oer you need to make a review in a more passionate way (spirit) and then you must be more objective.
OR the other way around: more objective and impartial and then you are more engaged in the review and as a result the review itself will result more biased
In this case the key part of the sentence sharing personal details will help reviewers brings us in the second path

From what I can understand the statement is trying to say that the review should be 'fair and impartial' but a tendency to write a 'confessional' review has risen.
For the second blank, I selected confessional because of - sharing personal details. For the first blank, I chose evenhanded. How is it incorrect?
