The answer is C.
We know that A + B + C = $15,000
Let x be the common difference
--> A - B = x
--> B - C = x
--> A - B = B - C
--> 2B = A + C
Since A + B + C = $15,000 --> A + C = 15,000 - B
--> 2B = 15,000 - B
--> 3B = 15,000
---> B = $5,000
We know that A + B + C = $15,000
Let x be the common difference
--> A - B = x
--> B - C = x
--> A - B = B - C
--> 2B = A + C
Since A + B + C = $15,000 --> A + C = 15,000 - B
--> 2B = 15,000 - B
--> 3B = 15,000
---> B = $5,000
