Highest amount of time needed will be for 4 mph guy and lowest will be 7 mph guy.
At 4mph, it will take 75 min to travel 5 miles.
At 7mph, it will take 42.8 min to travel 5 miles.
As the question mentios inclusive, 75 min should also be included. Hence B, C and D
