If the number is \(0.\overline{12}\), then its fractional representation would be \(\dfrac{12}{99}\) which can be simplified as \(\dfrac{4}{33}\).

The answer is B

Use simple division.

(A) is not the answer as its division ends on 0.12 try the next option (B) and that's the answer as the division continues to 0.1212121212.....
