From the information given we can conclude that total number of minivans. Say, 'MV' would be
MV = 0.2m+0.4n+0.5p
Also, it has been given that 0.25(m+n+p) = 'MV'
Equate MV in above 2 equations we get
0.2m+0.4n+0.5p = 0.25(m+n+p)
Simplify it,
2m+4n+5p = 2.5(m+n+p)
Which when further simplified equals to
1.5n+2.5p = 0.5m
i.e.
3n+5p = m
B is the answer
