Use best a number which is divisible both by 3 and 2 such as 600
600 increase of 1/3= 600*1.33=800 in 1998
In 2008 it was 600*1.2=900
The difference over the original price was 100/800=12.5%
B is the answer
PS: notice how in the first value I took a whole hundred number to work easily. Indeed it was 798
