In 2003, computer sales accounted for approximately 27% of all revenues. If laptop computers accounted for 3/4 of these sales, then non-laptop computers accounted for 1/4 of these sales.
1/4 of 27% is 6.75 %
Among the choices, the value closest to 6.75% is 7%. 4 0 - 6.75%.
