Question about percentile scores..

So, I recently took a ETS practice test, and I received a 149 (35th percentile) for my Quantitative score.. I checked back my answers on the practice test and I found out I got half of the questions right and the other half wrong. So how do I have a 35th percentile score when I got half of the questions right?

Percentage of points on the test is not percentile!
