If you have a look at tthe theory of exponents , then this question is pretty easy if you know the rules and how to manipulate

First simplify the stemm
\(\frac{11^{111}}{(11^2)^{11}}=\frac{11^{111}}{11^{22}}=11^{89}\)
Now see which option is correct
A. \(11^{90}\) is incorrect
B. \(11^{89}\) which is correct
C. \((11^9)^9 * 11^8=11^{81+8 }=11^{89}\) which is correct
D. it is essentially C the same which is correct
