We know in an election, Xandra got $3313%$ more votes than Yasmin and Yasmin got $25%$ less than Zelia; we need to compare the number of vote received by Xandra with $8%$ of votes received by Zelia.
Let the number of votes received by Xandra, Yasmin \& Zelia be X, Y \& Z respectively
Since Xandra got $3313%$ more votes than $Y$ asmin, we get $X=Y+3313%×Y⇒X=Y+Y3$ i.e. $X=43Y⇒X:Y=4:3$.
Also as Yasmin got 25\% less votes than Zelia, we get $Y=Z−25%×Z$i.e.$Y=34Z⇒Y:Z=3:4$
Combining (1) \& (2), we get $X:Y:Z=4:3:4$
Clearly Xandra \& Zeila got the same number of votes, so $8%$ of the votes received by Zeila must be less than the number of votes received by Xandra.
Hence column A has higher quantity, so the answer is (A).
