Given Liona got a 10% discount on each purchase throughout the week.
If T is the total of all the purchases, then Liona got a 10% discount on total T.
If Liona buys N products in one bill in a day with a discount 10% or Liona buys N
products in multiple bills on different days, but discount percentage would remain
10%.
For example, we buy 5 denims in one bill or 5 bills, and the discount percentage
remains the same. By purchasing all products in different bills does not mean
discount will increase.
10% of (500) = 10% of (100 + 100 + 100 + 100 + 100)

I think The option would be D, Since the Number of purchases in a week is not given. The question clearly compares the OVERALL
discount percentage which is based on number of purchases in a week which is not given. (10% discount on each purchase).
Clearly here we don't know the number of purchases made throughout the week.
Question also says that the discount is given on each purchase.
If there were only 2 its 0.90x*0.90y=0.81 of the total bill for 2(This can vary too) purchases here the Overall discount(This can vary too) is 19% only so since it can vary.
The right option would be D. Please correct me if I am wrong.
