Even + or - odd =odd
And other - and + operations result in an even number.

Here we have m-n =4 ,4 is even.

Means m and n should be either Odd or Even. Only one of the possibilities.

m,n =odd
m,n=even

So both are equal. in either Cases hence the answer is C.
