I'd suggest plugging in a few "easy" values for b, since it can be any positive integer.
If b = 1, then \(a^1 = 5\)
a = 5, which is greater than Quantity B
If b = 2, then \(a^2 = 5\)
a = -√5 or √5 = -2.24 or 2.24, both of which are less than Quantity B
