giving second attempt , need assistance

Hello Experts
I prepared for GRE for around 3 months , and was getting a 315-320 in mocks but ended up scoring 308 only in real exam in June .Planning to give second attempt in August , My score in exam was 144 (verbal) , 164 (Quant).
What resources shall i follow for verbal , as i need improvement in verbal for
1)RC
2)SE AND TC
3) what vocab resources should i follow (last time followed gregmat's list)
Secondly what mock tests should i give now? (i gave 2 ets official and manhattan , kalpan , princeton during my first attempt only)
My target score is around 325-326 . Is this score achievable with my given scores?
Please help me on this.
