A cadre is a group that works together on similar goals. The different glands in the endocrine system are a cadre as each gland releases a different hormone. A force is a group charged with a specific mission. It is clear that there are multiple "missions" of the endocrine system both inside and outside of the body. The crux is the pivotal point. The endocrine system is made up of glands; it is not a unique entity.
The reader will likely make a determination between disperse and secrete. To disperse is to scatter. Since the hormones go directly into the blood stream, there is no scattering. The process of secretion is that of releasing a hormone into a system, in this case the circulatory system. Beget refers to giving birth or producing. Again, this sentence refers to the function of releasing the hormones, not creating or producing them.
