Below is how went about this:
I believe the only hope in tackling such TC is to grasp the understanding of the whole sentence.
Here the author is speaking about an album i.e. what the author can glean from the album:
1. Its more of an experiment into unexplored territories of sound.
2. in some ways it is a juvenile attempt, which can give some idea about how create sound never heard before
With this, lets dive in:
For blank (i): frankly my guess word ("resonate") didnt match, but have a look at the options keeping in mind the above context.
"come full circle" - doesnt make sense wrt context and sentence
"culminate" - if you know the context, then you can understand that the author is critical about this album, so wont be this
"die" - looks good
For blank (ii) - I guessed the words "understanding that"
"unsettling conclusion" - its a "conclusion" fair enough, but "unsettling" - could be, as it was an outcome of experimentation, the end result/takeaway may not be what was expected and could possibly go against conventional wisdom, know-how.
(Understanding of this is crucial for blank (iii))
"unwarranted hypothesis" - this is close enough, but "unwarranted" is rotten part which can make this option go wrong. The album gives the justification for the experimentalism
"uncharacteristic rebuttal" - though the author is critical, he is trying to showcase what the album gives you, so a rebuttal is out of scope, because the author is trying to convey that the album was focused on experimentalism
Continuing from blank (ii), blank (iii) closely follows it - to create an unheard/unexplored sound one has to do the unthinkable/against conventional methods - giving up easily understandable melody.
The option I was hunting for needed to be uncharacteristic, out of the ordinary - giving support to the key ideas of "avante-garde" and "experimentalism"
I felt blank(ii) was the toughest and most critical one, blank (iii) followed it. I felt it was comparatively tough due to the competition between "unsettling conclusion" and "unwarranted hypothesis"
