\((x+7)(x+1)\)
x=-7
x=-1
both are negative and QB is zero

The question stem says x^2 + 8x = -7, so shouldn't the quadratic equation then be, x^2 + 8x + 7 = 0.
This would then yield the answer for x = 1, 7
Hence, shouldn't Quantity A > Quantity B?
This would then yield the answer for x = 1, 7
Hence, shouldn't Quantity A > Quantity B?
