The book report A as OA but this is wrong in my view. The answer should be C

The division is in the form

\(P=38k+n\)

\(Q=38k_1+n\)

Now the 38k is the same and no remainder; the remainder is when n is divide by 19 and it will be the same

C should be instead the answer
