Back to your question. This kind of Q are made to losing your precious tme during the test

Zero is ruled out as number because is impossible to pic up, due to the fact that zero makes the fraction on the RHS indefinite.

So you can have as numbers: factions, negative and positive as well.

So the relationship can not be determined. Infact, the correct answer is D
