It can be seen that x^2 is a multiplicative term in all options, so we can just ignore it. So, basically it boils down to comparing 1,y^2, y^-2 and y.
Since, 0<y<1, y^-2 > 1 and hence it is the greatest (all others are less than 1). Hence, (x/y)^2 is the greatest. Hence, C is correct.
C and D are the same expression, so D should also be correct. Hence, imo, C and D are correct options.
