Since it is \((-x^2 + y^4)\), \(x^2\) must be as small as possible and \(y^2\) must be as big as possible.
So, \(x=0\) and \(y=10\), and answer is \(10000\) (E).
So, \(x=0\) and \(y=10\), and answer is \(10000\) (E).
