How come option E: (-3,4), is also right when the circle extends till (-5,5), because the radius is 5?
(-3,4) should be in circle's interior.

Radius of circle = 5
if a point is (-3,4)
The distance of point from origin is sqrt(3^2 + 4^2) = 5, so it lies on the circle.
Use the concept of Pythagoras theorem for other points.
