We have essentially this

Now, we do know that 20% of the area of town B is off of town A. The ratio area in common and area NOT in common is
\(b:c:5:1\)
We need to compare the area of A that IS in town B with 18%
\(\frac{c}{a+c}\) with 18%
However we know some relation between b and c but not between a and c or the denominator above.
D is the answer
