Total members = 42
Median of a set of 42 is the 21st numbers
For the first group, range of weights is 100-129 and for the second group, range of weights is 130-165.
When arranged in ascending order, the 21st member will be the 1st member of the second group, ie, the person with the least weight in the second group which is 130.
Hence, E.
