Let x and y be the original numbers.
x=larger number
y=smaller number
x=5y

(1/x)+(1/y) = (3/5)
(1/5y)+(1/y) = (3/5)

Multiplying both sides by 5y

1+5 = (3/y) => 6=(3y)
y=6/3 => y=2

Carcass please verify whether the solution is correct.

y=5x=the larger

1/x+1/5x=3/5
