To save time a suitable no to pick would be 3 since for both quantities the numerator will be 0
whenever 0 is divided by anything except 0 it would equal 0 hence both quantities would be equal
however, for a number such as 3.1
qty A would equal 0.1−3.1
while qty B would equal 0.13.1
hence we cannot determine that one side is smaller or bigger all the time.
