To save time a suitable no to pick would be \(3\) since for both quantities the numerator will be \(0\)
whenever 0 is divided by anything except 0 it would equal \(0\) hence both quantities would be equal
however, for a number such as \(3.1\)
qty A would equal \(\frac{0.1}{-3.1}\)
while qty B would equal \(\frac{0.1}{3.1}\)
hence we cannot determine that one side is smaller or bigger all the time.
