At first, it is mentioned that automobiles from \(J\) are of higher qualities than those from \(K\) and hence the high prices. Now, quality manufacturing qualities are available almost everywhere so \(J\)'s automobiles do not offer higher qualities or command higher prices than those of \(K\).
BUT
Cars from \(J\) have higher selling. Now, WHY?
There must be some belief among customers that \(J\)'s cars are better than that of \(K\)'s. Option A clearly states the same.
Consumers believe that autos built in Country J have equal or better quality than those built in Country K.
All the other options are not related to the argument.
