Following the report and the message from adewale223
We need to compare QA and QB multiplying by \((n-1)!\)
Now,
QA will become after simplifications as \(n\)
QB will become after simplifications as \((n-1)^2\)
Now, regardless that n is 3 or 5/2 the answer will be always B
I hope now is clear

If you sub for n = 5/2 which is 2.5 and within the range of n, B then becomes 2.25 which is less than quantity A
