Not a difficult question because you have the probabilities of both
\(\frac{2}{3}\) and \(\frac{4}{7}\)
Now, because the probability must be at most always 1.
Take 1 minus the probability to have that neither completes the task
\(1-\frac{2}{3}=\frac{1}{3}\)
\(1-\frac{4}{7}=\frac{3}{7}\)
\(\frac{1}{3}*\frac{3}{7}==\frac{1}{7}\)
A is the answer
\(\frac{2}{3}\) and \(\frac{4}{7}\)
Now, because the probability must be at most always 1.
