Since c and x are opposite angles, we know that c = x
So, if we interchange angles c and x (which is fine since they're equal angles), something nice happens.
We get:
Quantity A: a + b + c
Quantity B: x + y + z
Since angles in a triangle always add to 180 degrees, we get:
Quantity A: 180
Quantity B: 180
Answer: C

GreenlightTestPrep, can you please explain why did you assume c=x? As far as I know, pictures are no drawn to scale.
