Use numbers Bart pays 100 that means Anne pays 100(1+1.5) which equals 250. Anne's retail price is 15 percent more which is 250 (1+0.15) = 287.5 Bart's retail price is 185 percent more which is 100(1+1.85) = 285 Therefore Anne's retail price is greater than Bart's retail price.

=> Aw = Bw + 150100*Bw = 2.5 Bw
Anne's retail price per widget is 15 percent greater than the wholesale price she paid.
=> Ar = Aw + 15100*Aw = 1.15 Aw = 1.15 * 2.5 Bw = 2.85 * Bw
Bart's retail price per widget is 185 percent greater than the wholesale price he paid.
=> Br = Bw + 185100*Bw = 2.85 Bw
Clearly, Quantity A ( Ar (=2.85 * Bw)) > Quantity B (Br(=2.85 Bw))
So, Answer will be A
