This means: (3/10)x = y
Note: Our goal will be to manipulate the above equation to find the value of x/y (aka Quantity A)
Multiply both sides of the equation by 10/3 to get: x = y(10/3)
Divide both sides of the equation by y to get: x/y = 10/3
Replace x/y in Quantity A with 10/3 to get:
Quantity A: 10/3
Quantity B: 3
Answer: A
