since the distance is an absolute measure for p(x,y):
To have a distance of 8 and 10 coordinates on any axis can have the following forms:
(8,10)
(-8,10)
(-8,-10)
(8,-10)
(10,-8)
(-10,-8)
(10,8)
(-10,8)
This will be the same situation for point Q(x,y)
No of total possibilities on each case=8
